Fellow of SPU

1. Who can apply for FSPU affiliation:

1. Course directors in pediatric urology fellowship program or Chairpersons of SPU (honorary fellow).

2. Senior faculty with following requirements (regular fellow):

a. 10 years of experience post M Ch (scanned degree certificate)

b. 5 years as member of SPU (mention membership number/ year in application)

c. 60% of work load in pediatric urology & Minimum 200 cases in pediatric urology/ year (50% major) – (self declaration)

d. 2 publications & 3 conference presentation in pediatric urology (national and international) – scanned copies of latest 2 publications and 3 proceedings.

3. Candidates who are post MCh, and have passed pediatric urology one year fellowship program from any of the approved centres (regular fellows).

4. 2 years as member of SPU and 2 publications & 3 conference presentation in pediatric urology (national and international).

2. A fee of Rs. 20,000/-  is applicable to all the eligible candidates and has to be transferred by NEFT to following account

If everything is in order, the fellow will be intimated by email regarding completion of the process. The certificate of FSPU will be awarded at the following SPU conference. In the case of incomplete applications the candidate will be informed to rectify this. If applicant was found ineligible, the application fee will be returned after deducting Rs. 1000 as processing fee.
